In The Making

At Wild Beginnings we are currently devising plans to create a kindergarten for children aged 3-6 years old.

If you desire something different for your childcare provision, and a connection with nature is more favourable to the more traditional setting then keep an eye on this page.

Sessions will allow children to explore, play and learn about the forest habitat.  Activites will be designed by the Kindergarten Leaders but they will be equally instigated by children themselves; allowing children to naturally learn in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The main purpose is to give children as many opportunities as possible to build their independence and communication skills.  This will enable them to develop their self-esteem and allow them to grow when working as a team.  On top of these benefits, it will also give them great chances to connect with nature and will teach the children about caring for, managing and understanding the woodland environment; they will be encouraged to investigate & explore, but also to respect all living things.
